Creative Concepts

Nailz With Attitude!

Hi guys!! I wanted to know from all of you if Creative Concepts were to do a 2 day seminar, in what city and state would you like to see it come?
What do you think is a fair price that would allow you to attend and be motivated about the class? How far would you travel from where you live to take a 2 day Creative Concepts Seminar?
What would you like to see taught?

Each of your opinions matter a great deal. Please chack back here by the end of the week for the results of this survey.

Hello Rhoda. I live here in Bellingham, WA. I live an hour away from Seattle. I will drive and book me a hotel, if you was to have an seminar here in the Seattle area. Far as the pricing, it all depends what you will have us to purchase as a kit, or you can have a total package of the classes including the products we will be working with in all. I have a 180-1 Badger Compressor it is very old but it works perfect. The compressor is no big deal as long as I work under the correct PSI along with having a gauge or air regulator. I still have to purchase a nail gun. I have a 150-4 nail gun but I was told that its not the correct gun for nails. My husband will purchase the gauge and I will try to see if the gun will work. If it doesn't work then I will reconsidered. I definitely would like to see basic 101 airbrushing, color fades, stencils, maintenance and caring of the airbrush. Also teach upon the different paints, and tricks we can learn as well. Give a class on a Sunday and a Monday because I am off on those particular days LOL If you can try to give this particular class in the summer or before school start for the kids. I would appreciate it. LOL!!!

I would love for something to be done here in the Atlanta area. This area is thriving again within the nail industry but since Nailpro took the show away there is nothing here. And plus the nail art scene is struggling for instructors (quality). As far as the price goes I would think no more than $200 due to the fact I would like to see, some help for newbie's who need help as far as this industry goes.

Nyree, that sounds GREAT! Oh it would be less than $200. More like $150 per person and I would give an even better discount for any number over 10 people.

I would like to see a class in Charlotte, NC. I would love to see an intensive nail art (hands-on) class taught with free hand nail art and 3D nail art with acrylics and more. I also thing an intensive class on the basics of the acrylic application. A lot of people come out of school and their acylic nails are lifting.

The price depends on the length of the class, what is actually taught, and products that may come with the class. I'm willing to travel to surrounding areas of Charlotte, NC. Ex. - Greensboro, Winston Salem or Raleigh but, Charlotte, NC needs more classes in Charlotte because we have a lot of nail techs here.

I know that it would be a great class. The challenge is to get enough participants to make the trip worth it. The economy is truly hurting right now. My educational business has seriously declined this year from last.

I'm sorry to hear this Rhonda!! I'm here on the west coast!! All my family is down south and on the east coast. My prayer is that everything will go good for you as well as others, and myself living in this tough times of the economy. I want to take more educational classes but right now it's unfortunate. I just wanted to ask you, Will you ever start a a team for nail techs who want to learn how to compete in nail competitions? I'm so sorry to hear this news about your decline in nail educating business, because this is something we nail techs truly need. If you have at least 5-8 nail tech to attend its worth it to go to Atlanta. I wish I could be there not only for a nail class but to visit my family as well LOL!!!! We love you Rhonda because your heart is good!!! My prayers are with you and other Good Mentors who are sacrificing there time and dedications to teach us nail techs to advance to another level

Thanks Rhonda!! I definitely want to go to the next level of doing nails. I just need a little sense of direction and I never want to be content in doing nails because its alway something new you have to learn epspecially being in the beauty industry. I have to tell myself to be patient and it will come but I will definitely like to compete and have my work posted infront of a magazine. Having a good mentor is a start
